Recite 'Qul yaa ayyuhal kaafiroon' when you go to sleep..
The Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said:
"Recite 'Qul yaa ayyuhal kaafiroon' when you go to sleep, for it is a renunciation of shirk(polytheism)."
