"And he (Yunus) called out within the darknesses, 'There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.' So We responded to him and saved him from the distress."

A Reflection : If Allah inspires you during your intense crisis to be in dua, then know for sure that He wants to relieve you of your distress.
